Being a 23 year old (web)designer from Arnhem (the Netherlands) I strive to develop my skillset as much as possible by doing my own research and also finding solutions to problems I read about across the world wide web.
Currently I have a full-time job at a magazine publishing company but in my spare time I polish my own skills and knowledge. I do this by conversating and working with others in my field and doing extra research by reading books and scourging the internet about (web)design and webdevelopment.
My goal is to become a successful and well skilled webdesigner working for a great company, wether it's the company I am working for now, a different one or my own is something I haven't clearly thought about yet. But right now I believe it is more important to focus on getting more experience and gain more expertise at the places I go around.
